Well, I have decided that since I can't do anything about the price of gas, I can at least attempt to buy gas from American oil companies. I will try to do this from now on. I don't think this will do anything for the price of gas but I will feel better knowing I am buying American. I found this list while doing a google search.

Just don't buy anything from Citgo. That is the Venezuelan government(Chavez...)'s retail gasoline stations.

All the fuel in ND is refined in ND and made from oil in ND. There are really only 2 guys that control the pricing of fuel in ND, and they are both crooks. At least I scammed the one for about 8 beers in a bar one night. These two actually got the state legislature to pass legislation to block Wal Mart from selling fuel in ND. I don't know how that's legal and not monopolizing a market, but they did it.
Use ethanol if you want to support farmers and not the oil men so much.

Citgo is Chavez company but it doesn't matter, he is pulling resources out of this area to the east coast anyway. That is why they all of them are changing. Exxon and Mobil had insane profits last year so I don't buy from them. Buy from the smaller companies to force Exxon and Mobil into a price war or atleast to stick it to them for raping us at the pump.
