Teddy, that looks REALLY good. Nice attention to detail with things like the mailbox and the painting of the upper trays in the ceiling. Many builders leave that kind of stuff off.

Looks like your lighting and hardware choices were a bit nicer than the regular contractor grade that many seem to use too.

What wood did you use for the cabinetry? What about the countertops? Looks like formica in the laundry room and marble in the laundry, but can't tell from the pics what is in the kitchen.

Nice neutralish/warm color palette too.

The cabinets are maple with a ginger glaze, Kraftmaid brand. The kitchen counter tops are unfortunately laminate, but I had the edges beveled to give it a solid surface look. The laundry room are lower end utility type cabinets. The counter top in the laundry is the same as the kitchen. I also put the same cabinet in the master, but used a cultured marble counter top. Most of the hardware is satin nickel. Most of the ceiling fixtures are rubbed bronze. The color we used is call sea sand and the tray accent color is basset gold.

Thanks for all the nice comments! I really hope it sells soon, because at this point, it's my ***** on the line til it does. When it sells I'm going to fix my Jeep and treat myself to a nice wheeling trip somewhere. :D
