Bell County Rescue Squad is good. This Squad basically does everything except fight fires. The are funded by the City? / County? and do Wilderness Search & Rescue as well as high angle, cave, swift water, and probably a few other things. Bell County is located about far East and South as you can get while staying in Kentucky. The main City in Bell County (Middlesboro?) is at the foot hills of the Appalachian Mountains. It is pretty rough terrain with about every danger Mother Nature has to offer.
