Why are these bad arse jeeps not made anymore? I want to more and more about them, but I have never seen one before.

Probably because they can in that market and the type of vehicles they sell. Some one will be in there to look and impulse buy it to relive his youth, never mind the sticker price, he can afford it!

That's actually a CJ8. CJ7s were the shorter wheelbase.

There was a MINT CJ8 on MSJ a few months ago for $12000. I think it was a 1 owner too. It looked like it rolled off the showroom floor.

they are nice just are not great for offroad due to the departure angles compare to other CJ's.
