I took my NP231 w/tera low apart to fix some leaks and install a new chain. Now I don't have 2 Hi, I've got 4 Hi N and 4 Low but no 2 Hi. What did I miss or What am I looking for when I pull it back apart?

Paint your jeep any color other than red and it will work fine.

Figured it out, the white bushing on the shift fork wasn't allowing the mode fork to move freely and disengage the front output. I should pay more attention!

I have this same workbench in my garage. I have even used it as a welding table  There is a reason why welding tables are typically not made of wood...

My neck has been giving me trouble lately, so for me its easier to pull the whole thing and work on it standing up. I've forgotten how many times that TC has been in and out of the jeep, probably 10-12 times now. :(
Don, what you don't see is the bolt pattern and large center hole that the TC is bolted down to the plywood.

Why did you get "fancy" and bolt the TC down? I ain't got none of that uptown stuff, just got plastic saw horses and plywood with burnt spots in it :)

Because I had a hole saw and drill bit handy, plus I didn't want it to roll off and smash my foot.
I use a old pc of counter top for my welding bench, it use to be white. :)
