I think I might have avoided a problem by replacing this hose now, versus waiting for it to burst.

While I was replacing the radiator hose, I decided that I might as well change to a FAIL SAFE Thermostat (if it fails, it sticks wide open, not closed like a normal thermostat does).

im not sure why i didnt go with the fail safe one last time i changed my thermostat. i changed a hose recently and when i did the whole male portion of the ratiator broke off. What a pita. Got a new cooling set up now.
