its been a while, but at my new job I have been bringing in some jeeps to get modified I just figured I would share what we are doing....
the owner of this jeep is a good friend of mine and is over seas right now so I'm building his jeep while he is gone, it is a 95 xj with a whole list of mods to be done....
44's front and rear with arb's
atlas II transfer case
new aw4
stroker
exo cage
nitrogen

its been slow but we got some work done last week just a little update, pulled it outside and cleaned it

the undercoat was dry enough today to put the suspension back under it

whats all this setting him back, I don't think I'd invest that much into an XJ, but thats just me

its not cheap by any means but his thought is, "I can have a car built exactly the way I want it or I can go buy a new car for thousands more and probably not get exactly what I want"
keep an eye out for when we start his next build, can't say much about it now but it will be his tow rig

If he is paying anything close to the going hourly shop rate for labor, I suspect he could by two new vehicles for what this XJ build will cost him. :eek:

And...not to mention that late 60's to early 70's Chevy truck, I can't tell what year exactly. That's my favorite body style Chevy truck.
