Gotta replace the u-joints

I recently took on the task of replacing the rear main seal. It took three tear downs before I stopped the leak (note: go for the one piece pan gasket)
Once it was all back together the engine started shaking in low gears. I replaced the plugs & wires,tightened the motor mounts, scratched my head for a couple days then reinstalled the motor mounts. Took it for a spin around the block & the drive shaft fell off. Well, I think I found the origin of the engine shake.
So, how hard is it to replace the U-joints?

If you can replace the rear main seal you can definitley change a u-joint. There several vids on you tube and write ups on the net on how to do it.

Front or rear? Both are not bad to do.
