Rubi Unlimited

Cjones heard on ROG today that they have stopped producing the Rubi Unlimited. Marlon, is this true? Or anyone else? Chris said that a guy had ordered one and when he called to check on the completion date they told him that Jeep had cancelled filling anymore orders.

Orders have stopped for the 2005 model year, I DO know that. Changeover is about to happen. I haven't seen anything stating that the Rub. Ultd. has been disco'd.

Bill:

Around the middle of May is a common cutoff time. They shut the lines down and gear up for the new model year, with production resuming in July for the new model year.

Once they have enough orders to run the lines up to the desired shut down time, that's it for new orders.

That's my understanding anyway.

From what i have seen read and been told , the unlimited rubi will go til 06 then get the redesign along w/ the rest of the line . But may or may not continue in 07 .I still say this thing is going to be like the scrambler run LIMITED EDITION in the true meaning of the word .grab one now ...

I trully like my Rubi Unlimited and am sure glad i made the purchase. Ive only seen 4 rubi unlimited on the road since December.....a Green, Black, Blue and Silver thats it!!!

YEAH i know what cha mean , i have seen plenty of unlimiteds ,but only 2 other ul rubis .And one happens to be a pal of ours who when they saw our and heard about it they went out and bought one too .With every bell and whistle offered .
Just makes sence to me if the whole retool is for the 07 line what is the fate of the UNLr as we know it ?Now i am curious of the 04 1/2 and 05 production #'s ."WE NOW RETURN YOU TO AS THE JEEP TURNS " /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/popcorn2.gif
