track bar on a yj

is it safe to remove the rear track bar on a yj and will the leafs hold the axles?
i was told that it would allow for more flex in the rear

that is correct. it is fine to remove.

On my old YJ, I pulled mine within a month from the time I got it and never looked back. Actually it drove as good without it, as with it.

i have heard the same results. no track bar or sway bar in the rear is good to go.
