i need to remove my tailgate hinges...
the T-40 that is holding the hinges together they are not budging at all!!
any tips or tricks

have you tried those loosening sprays ...i had a torxs bolt like that and I sprayed it with PB Blaster...

I would recommend heat, but that would probably blister the paint. You MAY be able to take a fine blade and cut the paint that seals up the bolt a bit too.
BE SURE YOU HAVE A GOOD BIT!!! If you're not careful, you'll find it stripped out pretty quick.

X10000000000!!!! and keep ONE hand applying DIRECT downward pressure on the bit/bolt itself as you turn.

it looks like the paint may be the problem as it appears to have sealed around the bolt....

Read my post above. You need to score that paint with an exacto-type knife.
