To keep the vehicle tracking correctly the front of the front tires should be turned inward about 3/16" of an inch compared to the rear of the front tires. I measure mine level at the tie rod to the inner lip of the rim (the outside of where the tire bead sits) and then as close to 180* on the back side of the rim. I try to shoot for 1/8" more extra on the rear measurement. Too much and you cause un necessary wear on the tires and will feel a scrubbing. If they are toed out, the vehicle will try to wander all over the road.

True true so true.
With most alignment shops, they are working with a stock vehicle and they have zero imagination. They set to book spec's. With a our vehicles there are so many things that can factor into the wobble, lifts changes camber/caster/toe-in/out etc.. If you didn't have it before and now have it since all you have changed is your linkage, chances are the toe-in is off but....

With a 3" suspension lift I would think alignment is the issue as well. Give us a photo of your steering linkage. A dopped Pitman Arm could help but as others have said it could be a number of things.
When did this wobble start? Is this something new, or have you had it for a while? Any mods about the same time as the appearance of the wobble? Check tire pressure?
