problems with radio

Yesterday my cd player quite playing sound thru my mids and highs but still pushes my subs? I thought it might have just been my cd player, so i hooked up my old deck and it also doesnt push the int. speakers. So it must be in my wiring somewhere. Has anyone had any problems with this, and maybe where should i start looking for the problem at?

Sounds like some connectors are either loose or broken. Doubt any kind of fuses would be it. Have you tried to see if all wiring is connected behind the stereo?

I do know that the factory sub runs on its on fuse.

sorry guys i should have answered sooner, but it just all of a sudden started working again, since then i have decided to take out my subs. The subs were not factory they are 12'' kicker comps.
