I got around to setting up email here, so if you want a yourname@itsajeep.org email address send me a pm with your username and password. I also have a web based email setup its at http://www.itsajeep.org/webmail/src/login.php

You can access this from anywhere. Just another wonderful feature here at itsajeep.

Gill... VERY COOL!

I think this is a great promo for the site. Get jeepers to mail us at xxxxx@itsajeep.org... slick!

Ok I created a "jeep mail" link at the top of the page to make it easier to get to.

Fred,

Everyone can have a email account, but they must send me a PM with the name and password they want to use, it does not have to be your screen name here but I would think that you would want to use your screen name.

It does not cost me anything extra, Its just a manual thing I have to do here on the server.

Gill, is there anyway that you can give me the POP3 and the SMTP names so that I can just set it up in my Outlook to pull the email down to there? Or is it setup different?

I'd be interested in that too. Also, is there a way to change the password? I didn't see that anywhere in the options.

Sorry Paul,

There is no way for you to change it.

Update,

My friend Bob the cable guy /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif setup virus, spam filtering and the ability to change your password. Once logged into webmail goto options, you will see a link to change password once I have setup the account for you.
