Is it normal to have a lot of heat coming up through the trans hump into the cab. My soda pops get hot quickly when they are in the cup holders.

Not in my 2001 sahara(with carpet) but I just pulled the carpet out. Have not drove it yet to see if it heats up without carpet.

I pulled the carpet out of my Jeep a long time ago.... never noticed any heat issues. However, I drink hot coffee year round /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif
