Here is the poop. There was this little hill with a tree root that for some reason the Little Jeep didn't want to climb, so I was backing up to the point my spare tire and tire swing were touching a tree, then I would make run at hill from there. On one attempt, I got the Bubba attitude and said the Little Jeep was going up that hill...... unfortunately when I backed up to make this attempt (successsfully, I might add), I forgot about the tree :o Looking back and now knowing what was going on in my rear diff, I wonder if my Detroit was working as it should have been. I guess I'll soon find out.

It was working. Especially from the angle I watched the carnage from! About 25 feet away!!

I don't think it was axle carnage. The picture at the top of this post tells a little bit of the story, but you really need to see the tire carrier that was between the gate and the tree!!!! Bubba tested out the crush factor repeatedly!!!! :)

Thankfully, not much axle carnage, just some bolts inside the diff that decided to come loose after 3.5 years :eek:

Actually, I think I failed the Bubba test because I didn't have a beer to hand to my co-pilot when I told her "Watch this" :D
