Tell me about it! I found that it may be worst than the Jeep. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Good looking bike. This is my first time to ride, so that is why I settled on the Honda Magna 700. Pics in photo gallery. Good size, enough power....after a year or so riding, I'll see about moving up with the big boys. Once again, good looking bike.

If this is the situation, I wonder why Jeep hasn't slapped their logo on a bike /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

They haven't figured out how to make it two wheel drive and cost ten times more yet. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif

Nice looking bike!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tu.gif All you guys buying bikes are making me wish I had one again. September '03 I sold my last bike to buy the YJ. I have been riding bikes since I was 5 and have been an owner of many motorcycles since I was 8. My B-I-L, Warren whom some of you have met, still has his Vulcan 1500 Classic and my dad, Jerrell whom some of you have also met, still has his Goldwing. We used to get out and ride together, but the summer of '03 didn't see much riding time. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/td.gif Then Tom got me interested in Jeeps and here I am today.

I found this picture of my last bike. Some guy in N. Little Rock bought her.

I thought a motorcycle was an expensive habit. Now I know that Jeeps are even more expensive!

I love the VStars. A friend of mine has a Vstar 1600 I think and she was only 5'4". Big bike! She loved it but recently traded it in on a crotch rocket for some reason. Guess her hubby kept blasting her with his Bandit.

My favs are:

Yamaha VStar 1100 Silverado
Suzuki Bandit 1200
Suzuki GSXR750
Honda CBR600RR
Harley Vrod

But I guess I'll just have to enjoy the top off/door off feeling of a Jeep. Given traffic around here, I'd probably be dead the first time I rode one around here! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif Out in Cali, long commutes on the highway were BEGGING for a motorcycle. Probably won't happen here.

Bill...... isn't it a vicious cycle, you have to get a second job to support your toys, but you never get to enjoy your toys because you are always working /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I so agree with that Don.

Paul, I'd have to say my two favorite cruisers are the HD Heritage Softail Classic and the Honda VTX1800. As far as crotch rockets go it's the Honda CBR900RR (or is it a 990 now?) hands down. But you always have to throw in the original muscle bike, that's right, Mr. Max himself, the Yamaha V-Max!

You're exactly right. That's why I don't have one sitting in the garage. I was very close to ordering one three years ago, even had the specs worked out with the dealer. But then I got to thinking about how much money that was just for a bike, and how much cheaper other bikes were. Needless to say I got cold feet and backed out. But, the one thing about an HD, you may pay a lot for one, but you'll get it back when you sell it.

yeah they hold theyr value good and if i had the cash to spring on a new hd i might but for now im gonna rip up the road on my metric cruiser with the drag pipes it sounds a lot like a harley most cant tell till they look at the name
