Kevin.... done deal. I can wheel about 1/2 a day on Sunday, if Saturday won't work for you.... or we can just add 1/2 day on Sunday as an additional day of wheel-n if that is what you desire. I'm flexible. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif BTW, don't pray for too much rain as I prefer not to wheel in lots of mud.

Unless it rains or something big happens, I'll be there. I still don't have the XJ completely ready to tow the YJ, so I'll try driving it to TB. I may be worn out by the time I get there.
Tom and Fred, I'll bring your stickers to you.

Stickers? Did someone say stickers? What have I missed? Is it something that I need? Tell me more, Jimbo!

Go to the "Members Only" section and click on "Window Stickers" post. Here is a picture of the 1" sticker that I put on the YJ:
http://www.itsajeep.org/PhotoPost/data/15259/medium/100-0015_IMG.JPG
I had three sizes made:
1" tall x 14.648" long
2" tall x 29.297" long
3" tall x 43.945" long
I had several stickers made, over 20, and to date only a few have been claimed. I still have several 1" stickers, a few 2" stickers and one 3" sticker left. Since some haven't claimed their stickers, I've decided to sell them to whoever wants one. The sticker store charged me $8 each. I'm adding $5 each to go to Gill and $2 each for shipping/packaging, for a total of $15 each sticker. I guess some didn't like the pricing with the stickers all costing the same amount. But all I'm doing is trying to make some money for this site and none for myself. All I want to do now is recoup my cost.
So, if you are interested in a sticker, I'd be more than happy to set you up. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dance.gif

Heck yea....I'll take one of the 2 inch. My new bumper and tire carrier is waiting for one. I'll get back with you on getting it. Are you in town or county. I know I have to come over next week sometime to pick up new dog. Mike
So your still coming this weekend Jim? If so I'll bring you some $$ for teh sticker! I recieved mine safe and sound and got it put on, looks great, Micah saw it and I think he wants one too! Hey Jim if the XJ isn't ready to tow yet just take the NEW GRAND!!!!! LOL, see you all Sat and I may have another newby showing up, he just bought a new TJ from GAry Matthews motors with a 4" lift and 33's already installed!

I doubt I'll be there. Wife had some stuff come up and she's going out of town. Besides, w/o my gas skid on, I'm feeling a bit vulnerable at my stock height.
Jim, I KNEW I had forgotten something. I still have your address and I'll get a check in the mail to you probably tomorrow. I'll PM ya my address for the 2 small stickers I ordered. What is the total again? (Work has been NUTS!)
Paul, don't let the weather scare you off.. I think we will end up having a pretty nice day on Saturday.

I dunno... I should probably head south for a weekend to check on things at the coast too and the next several weekends are all tied up, probably until June which is when I'm likely to get the OME and Kilby installed. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/frown.gif
Jeeps don't float for long, so don't get too close to the water /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif I think you are going to miss a fun weekend.... even if we get rain, we are going to have FUN!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/woot.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/woot.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/woot.gif

Well, CRAP! I have cancelled my plans to take the top and doors off this week. It will be cold and rainy this weekend, so the wheelin' will be with the top and doors on.

Don, I'm sure you will. But I want my wife's first wheeling trip to be warmer and sunny instead of all confined in a closed up jeep. She loves the outdoors, so the more open it can be (with doors on) the better she will enjoy it.
I hear ya, Paul and I agree 110%. I was thinking you said Wife couldn't go wheel-n this weekend. You don't want her first wheel-n trip to be a BAD memory.

Okay Don, I just got BACK (3am this morning) and most definately WILL be there Saturday! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif Finally, I get to wheel with ya, Don. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tu.gif I am also available to go Friday if anyone else is going...it's been a long month, and I am ready to rollllllll! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dance.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dance.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dance.gif
Landon we will be wheel-n on Friday, Saturday, and if there is interest, 1/2 day on Sunday. We look forward to seeing you!!! /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/flag.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/flag.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/flag.gif
I think PROVIDED it isn't too nasty and rainy, the 1/2 day sun is a go. If it is raining nasty I AM NOT staying overnight and driving the diesal 2 days in a row is too much $$

I am in the same boat. I do not want to drive down Saturday for a half day of wheeling the turn around and come home because it's raining and I don't want to camp. So if it looks like we will remain dry Saturday afternoon thru Sunday, I will probably drive down Saturday. If this is the case, I will hopefully be down there by 12, with the latest at 1. We'll just have to wait and see what the forecast looks like. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tu.gif
Joel, I think Sunday is suppose to be the pick of the liter. Last time I checked forecast, there wasn't any information for the weekend in the hourly section. Louisville was suppose to have same weather as TB this weekend. However, weatherman now say chance of rain on Saturday, with beautiful day on Sunday.
Based upon Louisville TV, it appears that most of the rain for Saturday is moving North of TB and hopefully, we will have a pretty nice day of Wheel-n on Saturday, and Sunday (1/2 day?).
Some people can't get onto the site due to the DSN issue, but if you want to go Wheel-n this weekend, just show up at TB by 9:00 A.M. on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Yeah Landon, we have a few people that might be camping on Saturday night if that interests you, but we will only be camping if it is nice enough, which, hopefully it will.

Well, I'm neither. I live less than one mile south of the city limits on Natchez Trace between Hwy's 97 and 303. It's the first road south of the city. My house number is 252 and it sits at the corner of Natchez Trace and Megan Drive.

I'm at stock height with no skid plate. So far I've been careful and haven't damaged it yet, so don't let that stop you. Come on up if you can. The total for both stickers is $30. Thanks

Forecast is looking better all the time fellas. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/dance.gif Only a 20% chance of showers here Saturday morning, then nice the rest of the weekend. As of now with it showing Saturday night as dry, I will be there to camp. I wasn't worried about how muddy TB would be, but I really didn't want to try and camp out in the rain. So things are looking really good right now. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/tu.gif

Jim, as much as I'd like to, my stock skid is pretty bent up and the tank itself is pretty exposed. I have some stuff I really need to attend to down south, but I'll get some $$ in the mail to ya. /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif
