OK I have seen them bend like foil but NEVER seen even one break! Whats the story behind this? Pictures of when it happened? even better video?

The rear on had a slight bend to it and i just beat it apart on rocks,but the front ones (i think) cracked when i was on the RTI ramp last weekend since there broke at such a great angle.I wheeled almost all day with the pass side one broke and the driver side let go on the last trail we went down.
Im gonna change the U-joint at the diff and get everything back to perfection this week so i can wheel this weekend :D

New BEEFY CA's should be done this week :D

His new control arms are going to be .250 DOM tube w/ a 2" .250 wall poly joint on one end and a 2.63 Ballistic joint on the other.

I dont see him having any trouble out of his Control arms after this.

On the uppers I think we will use .120 or .188 wall DOM w/ Ballistic joints on either end.

uppers should have a ballistic joint on frame side, and a fork on the other...for the front that is

Seemed like you hit kinda hard nose diving down into 17 before the big climb.Maybe that just added to it.

update: got the uppers off and also found out the drive side lower is bent to **** as well :o

Bob's got a halfway decent way of reinforcing his ca's & its cheap too. I'm not about to explain it though.

The only problem there is stock typt control arms are made to flex. When you truss them and weld them solid they are likely to break.

That being said I havent seen what he does to his and I am not saying his doesnt work.

friday was the hardest ive ever beat on my jeep,and trust me i beat the crap out of it!!!! I wont be afraid of a challenge but im gonna be EASIER on it now,at least till i go back to work :D
