Found out yesterday that my transfer case chain has to be replaced. Local dealership quoted me a price of 207.00! They are sure proud of that chain. Any ideas where I could find one a little more reasonable?

207 just for the chain? I got a new chain from Kragen for a np242 and only payed 100 or so. You should call around before you pay 207. Good Luck /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/smile.gif

For a dealer, sounds cheaper than I thought it would be.

Thats not installed. Just the chain. I don't know where else to check at.. any suggestions?

Try a transmission shop. Most of them also rebuild transfer cases and can sell you parts.
