i have noticed that my jeep makes a somewhat loud popping noise when im offroad, the only time i notice it is when im in off camber situations, or when the axle is flexing..i cant feel anything in the steering that seems off, it
does it alot more when going up hill, its not a constant thing, almost like a shock popping from trying to extend to far, but my lift came with longer shocks.. any insight on this would be appreciated...

Look at your main eye bushings on the leaf springs, rear of the front springs and the front of the rears. This is where all my popping noise was coming from on my YJ.

You got a problem with hillbilly's? I start to worry when my heep quits making noises. I'm afraid that whatever it was making the noise may have fell off  .

Just turn the radio up. That'll fix it.:D

I thought I had a locker problem for a while, I'm sure it was the ring gear now that it's been changed.

Trackbar? Don't need it on a YJ! At Least I haven't run one either on front or rear for a long while. When I did remove it, I didn't notice any handling changes on the road.
