Okay so anyone know a good place on a 1993 yj to pick up keyed and constant 12v (in cab would be great but don't care it's going to relays) ?

Right off your fuse panel behind the emergency brake. There should be several slots open that doesn't have anything in them. Use a spade terminal inserted bwt one side to pick up hot or swt hot. Don't forget to use a fuse tho.
