Today Frank with JPFreek asked me to write a short Bio. for myself to include in the 2009 JPFreek Media Kit for the magazine for the staff members.
As I knocked out the draft for them it came to me...
What if you had to write a short Bio. about yourself in the third person about you your Jeep and your Jeep Lifestyle what would you say?
Here is mine....
Greg Machado; is a Native Texan who began his love affair with the Jeep Brand and the Jeep lifestyle as a Boys Scout camping, hiking backpacking and finishing with his family and his troop in West Texas, all over New Mexico and Arizona. His passion for the outdoors carried on through high school and college where hunting, rappelling, snow skiing and outdoor photography began to interest him. As an adult and his boyhood passion for Jeep and the outdoors has never wavered teaching his daughter to fish and cook by a campfire are some of his most powerful memories. Greg has spent the last twenty years selling Jeep and has become active several Texas Jeep Clubs and a huge fan of Jeep Jamboree USA, so much so he founded www.JeepTales.com in 2004 to give himself and his friends a forum for archiving and sharing their Jeep adventures with the rest of the world.
