Smittybilt quality...

I've heard mixed reviews on Smittybilt stuff, how good is it?

I think some of there stuff is good, but have seen some things fair, tops come to mind.

I personally would not buy anything Smittybuilt unless I could hold it and see the quality or lack of (whichever the case maybe) before I purchased the item. I have just never been a fan of Smittybuilt or Skyjunker. Your mileage may vary. :)

Just put on a XRC8 winch yesterday and like it so far.

I have used my XRC8 since early spring and have had Zero problems with it. I have found all of the Smittybilt products I've used are good. There is probably other products that will do a better job, but for the money, I don't think you can beat them. Just do your homework before you buy and make sure the opinion you get was not given in an angry moment. JMO tho.
