Finally got it

Well I finally got my CB in the mail today and put it in. Now all I need is to find a place close by that sells antennas and coax.
It will be nice to be able to comunicate on the trail now.

I probably won't need my 4' firestik II antenna and if you want it, i'll sell it to ya cheap (with a regular mounting bracket and such)... You'll still need coax though. Radio Shack has it.

Good deal, Micah. I personally wouldn't go on the trails without a working CB, you miss so much. Some of what you miss could save your butt..... literally /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/brows.gif /ubbthreads/images/graemlins/brows.gif

While I'm thinking about it..... just go with a Firestik, or Paul E swears by Wilson antenna's.. I just switched from a cheap antenna to a 3 foot Firestik..... MAN what a difference !! I'll never have anything but a Firestik, or possibly a Wilson.
