I asked the dealer to give me a price on replacing my two new soft tops and my rear seat for my jeep, You have to buy it one piece at a time. Here is the total cost of two soft tops, and one rear seat. $7,158.53 Yikes !!!

No I have the quote here, just the rear cushion alone is $822.00

shoot you can by the tops of ebay with hardware(the sailcloth top too) for like 500 bucks if you shop around.

Yeah I got my rear seat off Ebay for like 150.

What color seat, and what year jeep? I just bought a set of Slate(gray)seats out of a 2000 TJ. They are in very good shape.

I have both front seats and the rear seat out of my '98 for sale. They are the light grey vinyl version.

$75 for the front two (drivers side has tear)
$75 for the rear one

Email him and he may even have the right color back seats in stock as well as the soft top frame.

For a soft top I'd go with the Best Top Sail Cloth top that can be purchased through 4wd or Quadratech.

How about $250.00 for a complete set of 2000 TJ seats. Reclining front seats, and fold and tumble rear seat. Very good shape.

Guys, I don't know if Gilly is even going to try to replace the seat or the soft tops. He just needed to get their value for his insurance claim.

He has lost far more than his insurance will cover, so he will not be able to replace everything. Those items will be pretty low on his priority list, I guess.

Well, guys... this thread made me check with mom about our insurance coverages. We're fine on that end...... we actually have way too much coverage.

Please guys... check up on your house insruance!!! Call them, e-mail them, whatever.
