Cheaper child suspension seat

I've been searching for a suspension seat for my 2 year old that will probably start wheeling with me a little next year. I've been looking at the PRP premie and pre-teen but I also found this and it is quite a bit cheaper.

Since it will only work for your kid for a short time, why not at least check eBay for used ones? Why pay full price for something that is of use for so short a time?
